How did you decide what content and images to use for your site plan?

I wanted to add images that AI generated mainly because, I am not the greatest graphic designer. I also wanted to match the feel of the theme colors that the page offered.

How did you communicate with your developer?

I communicated through email and in the classroom to discuss the details that the website would include such as images and how the wireframe will be.

Was there any issues with communication?

There didn't seem to be any problems with the communication. The plan and progress went smoothly and the website was able to be made.

Did your developer meet your expectations for your site?

Yes, he was able to complete the project to the level that was required for the project from the website plan.

What will you do differently next time you hire a team to do a project for you?

I would communicate better with him knowing that he was completing doing my website plan instead of me doing my own site plan.

How did you manage your development team and communicate the tasks for your junior devs?

I used the readme file to help my teammates understand what their projects were in the project.

How did you communicate with your client? Was there any issues?

I communicated via email and in person and talked about which site I needed to complete. I didn't understand until the last week that I needed to make my client's website and not my own that I did create.

How did you handle publishing your clients site and sharing it with the client?

I feel that I handled it well. Once I finished my site's HTML and CSS, I sent them the link to what I had done. They were then able to use that link for their homework.

How was your experience with managing your site with GitHub?

It was a great experience. I had used GitHub before college and my mission for previous projects I was making and was happy to use the software again.

How did you communicate with your team lead? Was there any issues?

I communicated in person and was able to ask about the site pages that I needed to work on. I didn't have any issues with the communication with the lead developers.

Did you know what was expected of you for each site?

I did know that was expected of me for each site for the most part. I was able to understand the task on my Junior Development site 1 but for the Junior Development site 2, the wireframed seems to be missing information that made me guess the task that I needed to complete.

Were you able to contribute to your sites?

I was able to contribute to my sites that I worked on. I was able to use the same styles and add the creative touch for following their wireframes make the sites look and feel the same matching theme.

Did you run into any issues with GitHub and adding your changes to the sites?

What was the most challenging part of this project for you? Were you able to overcome it?

Understanding the initial setup for how to complete the final project together. I talked to the professor and did my best to understand the project enough to work on the correct code and make the three sites in time.

What did you enjoy most about this project?

I enjoyed the fact of seeing the final site come together as I finished the CSS for the sites.

What would you do differently if you could do the project again?

Understand what I needed to do by asking the professor for clearer instructions so I make the right sites at the right times.

Do you feel more confident in working on real-world projects after this experience? Explain.

I do feel a little better about real-world projects after completing the final project. The sites that I made helped me understand the structure and styling for the sites. With practice I got better and I enjoyed what needed to happen to get the sites to be completed and fully developed.
